Am I crazy for thinking this will work?

We have 2-day park hoppers for 12/22 & 12/23. I'm planning to start my day in HS, hop to EP for noon dining reservation to secure my Candlelight Processional spot. Stay until 5pm Candlelight Processional reservation. Hop back to HS for a 6:55pm dining reservation at Sci-Fi Dine In. Will need to leave after since it's a party night. We can go back to EP since it is extra evening hours for deluxe guests. Or should I rethink my entire plan?

We are attending MVMCP on 12/21. We have a dinner reservation for Ohana on 12/23. Should I try to work some magic and swap Sci-Fi and Ohana?

It may be too late, but I would have started at DHS, early lunch at Sci Fi, hop to EP with latest CP dining package possible and spending the rest of the day there with extra hours. IMHO, you are wasting a ton of time and energy hopping three times.

Given the location in the park for CP and the availability of the Skyliner, I think your plan technically works for bopping back and forth between HS and EP. I guess I'm questioning whether dinner at Sci Fi is worth the trouble. You're going over there just to eat and turn right back around. Given that you're doing a sit down lunch to get the CP reservation, I would lean towards a QS/festival booth dinner in Epcot instead of trying to get back to HS and doing a second sit down meal.

When I booked CP dining package, the only one available was for the 5pm show. We were late to the game. I may switch my days around and go to AK that morning instead. I had everything all planned out, then we decided to do CP and DD wants to dine at Sci-Fi this trip.

Yes, this does make more sense. However, DD wants to eat at Sci-Fi this trip.

I think timing on this is very tight...especially considering it is the week of Christmas and crowds will be present.

CP runs about 50 minutes, from what I understand...so if it starts on-time you won't be leaving the theater until 5:50...leaving you 65 minutes to get to your ADR. Bear in mind that Dec 22nd is a pretty popular speaker - Brendan Fraser - so expect crowds outside the theater to be large, and challenging to get through.

Allow at least 15 minutes to exit and hustle to the Skyliner, then 10 minute wait to board. The trip to HS from Epcot is about 20 minutes, but add another 10 for waits at the transfer station to board the HS line - it may be busier since its a party night, and folks are trying to get there. That's about 55 minutes...giving you 10 minutes to enter the park and hustle to the restaurant.

Too much rushing for my tastes, but you may be OK with it.

I also think it is too much rushing around between parks. That time of year, the crowds might be wall-to-wall people, so you may only be able to move as fast as the crowds in front of you and getting somewhere might take 2x or 3x as long as you might ordinarily expect.
