Disaster has hit me - gained 2lbs :sad2:

I'm down over it all, to the point where I can't see what else I can do? I've done my classes and thought I'd done okay with eating and still this? :confused:

Was thinking I may be better measuring to see if I'm loosing inches rather than lbs? Who knows!

Fed up this week :sad1:

Tinks, maybe it is water retention, hopefully it is just a temporary gain and if you weigh again in a few days it could be gone :goodvibes

I'm starting SW tomorrow, going to join a class on Weds night, I am dreading how much weight I have put on over our holdiay, depreivation was certainly not a word that could be used on our trip! :blush:
 
Well I weighed this morning after not weighing last Monday becuase I was camping. I put on 2lbs in two weeks which i'm ok with as I ate a lot of cake. Got to get back to the gym this week. I tried on my wedding dress though and it is now huge on me.
 

Hey guys, I'm ba-ack :rotfl2:

After a cocktail fuelled fortnight, I'm back on my diet this morning :) I've stocked up on Weetabix, ww yogs & rice, fruit and of course my daily treat - a Flump :rotfl::rotfl:

I would love to get to my happy weight (9st 12lbs - but preferably 9st 10lbs) as soon as possible

Well I weighed myself this morning and I put on 5lbs in the 3 weeks we were away, I'm really pleased with that as I thought it would loads more!! :blush:

sorry i havent been around computer problems.
havent done so well this month but havent done really rubbish either ;)
last week i STS and the week before i didnt weigh in, im supposed to weigh in today but havent so not sure i'll weigh in this week. im sure i would of gained this week anyway.....
Off to Milton Keynes saturday and our usual TGI's meal yum yum :thumbsup2
Schools start next week so once sons back at school then i will be back to it and hopefully losing a lot more weight.

sorry to hear of a few gains there, im sure theyll soon be off.

Hi guys

I haven't been keeping up with the threads but I hope every one is still doing OK and mostly staying on track. We got back yesterday and I still need plenty of this to keep me going :surfweb:

I'm pleased to report that in the 5 and a half weeks since my last weigh in I only put on 3.5lbs :dance3: and I reckon most of that was in the last 10 days when we were on site without a car. I didn't track or count points at all and pretty much ate what I liked although I did make healthy choices and often ate a kids CS meal in the parks which was usually more than enough for lunch. When we were out for dinner I just avoided things that I knew were going to be way over the top on points (like Outback Steakhouse cheese fries at 70 - yes 70 points a portion :scared1:) I still had deserts if I wanted them and my two new favourite drinks are Starbucks java choc chip Frappuccino (with whip) and Rainbow-Tini cocktails but not both at the same time :rotfl:

I'm back on track starting today and hope to shift the 3.5lb plus the last stone that I need to get to my goal. I had a brilliant time shopping and got some real bargains as most of the stores had sales with 75% off. I even bought some Levi's rather than the usual elasticated waist jeans I'd normally buy :banana:

I'll try and catch up over the next few days (and probably nights with this jet lag ;) )

I have lost 4lbs of my holiday weight since Monday, and I'm now back down under 10st (I'm 9st 13lbs :) ). Only 2 or 3lbs to lose till I'm at my 'happy weight' :thumbsup2

I'm on a STS week again - must try harder this week, not quite sure how though, can't possibly do anymore classes, will have to try my best with changing around foods and see if there's any progress :)

Looking forward to seeing you to Nat. Don't think I look much different to when I last sure you as i've been yo-yo-ing a bit and haven't actually lost much since then.
 
I have been AWOl for a few weeks but will be back with a vengeance and weighing in tomorrow morning. I suspect I may have had a bit of a gain over the last few weeks but I'm determined to try and get back ot it once the girly weekend is out of the way.

Well done to everyone who is sticking with it. I think we will perhaps have to trawl for some new recruits at the beginning of September Nat ;)
 
hey everyone, well the school hols are over so now ive got no excuses.
hoping to have a good long run now before christmas.
last week i was surprised with yet another STS- was expecting a gain for sure.
ive lost 79lbs so far, so my next goal is 100lbs. Be nice to get there by christmas but i dont really like setting deadlines as i think if you dont reach them you feel like a failure... even though youre not really. ;)
