rapid weight loss can lead to gall stones, i had mine removed when i had my gastric bypass, most people can stop taking insulin after a having a gastric bypass operation. good luck with the low fat diet. its almost as much as a pain as looking for low sugar. its amazing no artifical sweeteners can mean lots of sugar instead
i have lost 40 kilos since the 29th april down to 25 stone 6, i think i will miss my original target of 20 stone by 22nd of october. but have now heard thre words i thought i would never hear from a dieticain "eat more".
good luck all with the dieting

a band was never an option for me, but i did do the cambridge diet for 18months, off and on, and thats where the problems started...

to be the top end of right weight for my height omg that sounds really bad and scary when i say it out loud, but to be honest i would be happy to lose 3 stone i was comfortable at that weight. so im aiming for 3 stone and then see how i feel.
can i join in too?? please??
, and 1 complication of the removal is possible diabetes
I just don't think I am going to be like 'posh spice' in 3 weeks time
oh well.
