Great news, Laura!

(I wonder who put that thought into your head in the waiting room?

)
Merry, I've been in the same spot a couple of times recently with my DH. His second shot made things a little better, but his back hurt a LOT from the procedure itself. He really doesn't want a third but doc said it may take 3 to do the trick, so he probably will at some point. He follows up today.
Cheryl, so nice to have good weather!

It's sunny here today, too.
Things are going fine here except we've had a lot of "illness". First, DH was sick with bronchitis. DD went to a sleepover over Feb vacation with all the girls in her class and the baby there was quite sick. Most if not all of the girls got sick afterward, one with pneumonia. DD has not been right since. She had a cough and fever for a week, but then last weekend (not sure if I posted about it) she developed a huge, itchy rash all over her trunk and neck. Doc she saw was puzzled, thought most likely it was a viral rash, everything else was negative. Then DS got sick this week with cough and fever, too (waiting for the rash, LOL). Had yearly "well visits" yesterday and pedi was concerned with how sick they both looked, but again, everything negative. So I'm running around with the Lysol wipes and sound like a broken record reminding them about handwashing, covering mouths, etc. The odds against me are running out as it's been about a month now with all these germs floating around me. But knock on wood, so far, so good, for me anyway.
How are you holding up, lmp? Hoping the abdominal problem is ok.
Thinking of everyone. GAGWTA
Forgot to mention, am helping our friends plan a WDW trip - well, sort of helping.

They are going Christmas Eve to New Years.

When I heard that, I said I wanted no part of it, LOL. Busiest and most expensive week of the year, no discounts, shoulder to shoulder people, park closings, etc, so I said I'll help you, but recommended a
travel agent for the major planning, and TGM. I don't want any of the blame if things don't go right, and that, to me, just has disaster written all over it, but they were there for the Millenium and still want to go. (They are now appreciating the work involved in planning our other WDW/
DCL trips, though.

) The thing is, there's not anything special about Christmas to them, just that it's when the DW is off (she's a teacher). I suggested waiting until Feb vacation but they still want to go for XMas. Has anyone here been at that time and do you have any advice for them?
