Congratulations everyone!

I'm not pregnant...thank goodness since DS is only 6 1/2 months!
I just wanted to wish everyone a healthy pregnancy and fast and easy delivery! Love all the names picked out so far. Can't wait to see pics of all these new babies!!

Ugh...I can totally sympathize with being sick. Right after Thanksgiving I got a really bad cold with a fever and hacking cough thanks to a girl at work who insisted on coming in sick. I stayed home in bed for four days nursing my cold and cough. I barely ate anything either, except Easy Mac and hot dogs. Take it easy..things will get better and eventually that nasty bug will take a hike.

My baby making days are over but I must say I do enjoy others babies, I get the baby fix and don't have night feedings or wakeup crys.LOL Congratulations everyone, having a bay is real exciting and a miracle in it self.

My son is trying to walk... 8 1/2 months old and trying to freaking walk! He doesnt know he cant walk yet until gravity sets in.... silly boy, tricks are for kids!

Does that explain it?

I just found out I'm pregnant with my second. My first will be 3 in April. My first check up is 2/10. I'm guessing I'll be due the end of September.

Hi all!!! I haven't posted in awhile, but back when I was I kept wishing that I could post to the Preggie thread.

NOW I FINALLY CAN!!!!

After 2 years of trying DH & I are expecting our 3rd!!!!

I am only 7 weeks and just started the nausea about a week ago....UGH!! It has been absolutely awful this time around.
I'm due on Sept. 15.....a day after my birthday!

My other two children are 9 & 13 and are from a previous marriage. This will be DH's first child, although my two children are like his own.

We are probably going to find out, only because DH wants to. I really don't. I prefer to be surprised.

I will be 39 (or close to it) when the baby is born, so of course all of the risks are there. We have chosen not to have amnio though.
Anyone else in this position??

Reminds me of when my little brother (who's not so 'little' at the age of 19 anymore....) was 5 and had just had open heart surgery to correct a defect. The dr's told my mother to keep him at home, no day care, keep him STILL and QUIET. That lasted all of about two days. Within a week after surgery, just before the stitches came out, he had to go back for some stitches in his knee after crashing his tricycle on the street in front of the house.

My best advice: Don't try to keep him from doing what he wants to do. Just put a helmet and some pads on him and let him go. Boys are gonna do what boys wanna do. There is no stopping them. Good thing I learned that early on, with a (so far) rambunctious boy of my own on the way.

I am VERY new to this pregnancy...week 4. This is my 3rd baby and I'm thrilled to pieces. I got pregnant the first try! I have two boys, ages 6.5 and 3. A girl would be great, but boys are so fun too! DH is shipping out to Iraq next month, so this will be a bittersweet pregnancy, but I view it as a blessing. Something ot preoccupy myself with.
