My DH, DS and I will be staying at the CR too!! Did you get 7/18-7/22 at the same discounted rate? We are checking in on 7/22 but we're thinking of adding a couple days.

I'm very excited as this is our first meet also!! We were suppose to go to DISapalooza last year, but sadly my DS's had some last minute school obligations that got in the way of our fun!

Yes, we did get those extra days at the discounted rate, but it took a lot of work! It all depends on room availability. I would just call and see. And if you don't get the answer you're looking for the first time just keep calling back! At one point we had three separate reservations because one of the days in the middle was not available and we had to book that differently. It was a mess... But then one day I tried again and it was open so our reservation was switched and now we have all the days on one reservation. Yay!

I hope you can get the good room rate if you do end up adding days. It was just too good of a deal for us to pass up!

- Attendees for Mega Meet have been grouped together by location so you can see who else is staying where you are- Contemporary, Poly, and Port Orleans (combined) represent!!!!
- Added note about submitting items for the silent auction - contact Kathy or Teresa for more info
- Added the list of items they are looking for donations of for Give Kids the World - drop off when you pick up your credentials!
- The Hershey Meet has been fully cancelled, so removed information

Currently our plans are for DHS that day and hoping to do the dessert party - but if things change I'd love to join you

you will get credentials that will be shipped to you and would also be able to participate in any other events going on that weekend, such as the scavenger hunt and silent auction, but also some other smaller events that may happen but haven't been finalized yet

It's a dinglehopper. Humans use these little babies to straighten their hair out. See? Just a little twirl here and a yank there and voila. You've got an aesthetically pleasing configuration of hair that humans go nuts over.

I don't want to speak for John and the team, but will be surprised if MUIRSHIN DURKIN is one of the events - but you never know

As for the scavenger hunt - there is a separate registration for that you are correct. it is listed on the main site so I figured you had to be registered for the event (.e., pay the $25 registration fee) as well but to be honest it isn't clear

In case anyone is interested, One Man's Dream is scheduled to close for refurb 7/24-7/27. If you are coming for the 10th and want to see it, make sure to catch it before it goes down.

Fireworks and Dole Whips on the Beach at Polynesian

Enjoy fireworks on the beach at the Polynesian and get to know your fellow DIS'ers! Grab a Dole Whip, ice cream or drink and meet others who are here for the DIS 10th Anniversary Celebration. This event is open to all. Fireworks are scheduled* for 9 pm. A donation of any amount to GKTW will be welcomed. See you there!

I have no idea what my plans are! haha. I'm only landing at 11am on Saturday, and taking off at 6pm on Sunday. Was there any plans for Saturday night?
