There are a number of options...

• Bus to Epcot; walk through Epcot to the BC
  
• Bus to Downtown Disney; connecting bus to BC
  
• Water taxi to DTD; connecting bus to BC
  
• Take a taxi; most direct and least time consuming

My first choice would be to drive or take a taxi (absolutely the quickest way, 10-15 minutes).

If you want to take Disney transportation, I'd bus to MGM and then from there, either walk to the BC or take the boat. You need a ticket to walk through EPCOT.

I'd allow an hour to take Disney transportation and hope it takes less.
