Directions to closest Publix, WalMart

We're heading to the Fort on March 25 for 8 days. The kids and I will get there before DH and the camper and I wanted to head to Publix and WalMart to pick up a few things for our stay before DH arrives. We did the same last year, and I went to FW first and got directions. This year I'd like to just go straight to the stores, but I can't remember how to get there. Can anyone give me directions? We'd be coming from the vicinity of the airport. Thanks!

There is a Publix on 192W Main Gate area...Wayyyy down 192, might be out of the way tho....

Yes, just follow the signs for 192. Follow 192 a few miles, to the intersection of 192 and 535. It will take about 10 minutes to get there, as long as the traffic isn't too bad.

There is also a Walmart on 535. I would map quest it from the airport so you know exactly where it is.

I would rather have teeth pulled than drive on 192.... The closest Publix I have found is Publix Regency Village Shopping Center, just on the oterh side of I-4.

Driving Directions:

* Exit the Disney complex on Hotel Plaza Blvd (Lake Buena Vista) to 535, turning right on 535.
* Drive under I-4, turning left at the first light after you cross under I-4. This should be Vineland Ave.
* Continue on Vineland Ave, pass the outlet stores (nice center) and follow the signs to Publix.

I like the Publix at Xentury City, just off Osceola Parkway (lots of signs at WDW and left at Gaylord Palms). There is also a new Super Walmart on 525.

the best publix is the one that tim 5055 is talking about its got a wlagreens there and a liquor store to .its a new and safe area to shop in we go there every trip to get our room stuff
