Coming from the south (that is, traveling âÂÂeastâ on I-4), the most direct route into the park is to take Exit 30A, International Drive, and turn left at the top of the ramp. This puts you on the Universal Boulevard approach. There are two other alternatives, however. On especially busy days, when the overpass at Exit 30A can be backed up, you might save a little time by getting off at Exit 29, Sand Lake Road. Turn left off the ramp, under the Interstate and then right almost immediately onto Turkey Lake Road. You canâÂÂt miss it; just follow the âÂÂUniversal Orlandoâ signs. Just opposite Dr. Phillips High School, you will see the Universal sign on your right. Your third choice is to drive past Exit 30A and take the left hand Exit 30B, which feeds you onto Kirkman Road; the entrance to the park will be on your left at the first light.c
