Direction of SpectroMagic???

I know the Share the Dream parade starts out over in Frontierland but I thought I remembered that SpectroMagic goes in the oppisite direction?
Can someone help refresh my memory?

Also the only day we can see it is on a Saturday night, I know it will be one of the busier nights, so what time should we stake out a spot on Main Street if it starts at 9pm???
We have only seen this parade once last summer & I can't remember how long we waited on the curb beforehand.

Spectromagic goes from Town Square to Frontierland. If you want a curb spot on Main Street, you better get there by 7:00-7:30, depending on crowds.

Anytime I've been there with 2 runnings of Spectro, they both ran Town Square to Frontierland. MNSSHP & MVMCP parades switch directions, the first one starts in Frontierland, the second in Town Square.

Spectro ALWAYS runs from Town Square...even if there are two in a night.

Spectro only goes down MS when it is being filmed for a commercial.

We have a PS for Chef Mickey at 5:30 that same night, sounds like right after we eat we should stake out a spot!
We will be going the Saturday before Memorial Day so I expect it to be very busy.
