Direct vs Resale?

Are resale/white card members allowed to participate in member events that otherwise cost money at the resorts such as the members wine tasting at WL or fireworks boat cruise on bay lake etc.? I’m thinking that is Direct members only but really I cannot find anywhere that outright says yes or no.

Not that I am aware we are not. Only thing you have access to is to stay at the resort, RCI, and Top of the World Lounge.
