On the Offers and Benefits tab click Special Add-on Offers.

In the blue box, click Use the Request Tool.

You will see the prices for all existing resorts. For some of the "sold out" resorts you have to call to find out if there are any incentives, though.

I was told in Feb that pricing was 135 a point with no incentives.
If you are new DVC, you must buy 125 pts minimum.
If you are DVC, 25 points cash or 50 pts+ can be financed.

I'm good. I came up short on a few points to book an 11 month window. I need 19 points and will probably buy 30 to even out my contract. A transfer would work also, but highly doubtful I'll find that - been watching for months.

You're not alone. It took me forever to find it the first time I went looking for it.

Hilton Head transfer points are hard to find it seems.
If you purchase an add on at Hilton Head, can you repost how much they require for closing costs for an add on contract?
My guide could not let me know until my resale dvc contract finishes. (She just said "it varies" and she said I would have to pay 2021 dues)
I was looking to add on 25 points after my resale contract is finished.

HHI has another layer at closing it seems in attorney fees. I closed on a small resale early this year and it was around $650 to close on a 30 point resale. Different laws in SC. We actually had to talk to an attorney via the closing company before they would close the contract. It is the first time we strayed out of FL for DVC.

My broker quoted 675 for closing costs and my title company is Mason.
We have passed ROFR and waiting on closing documents.
I am curious to hear what closing costs are for a small add on contract through Disney. (Since my guide would not tell me)

I did a rough calculation to decide if it was over the top to add on direct and figured I would break even based on rental prices - not renting out, but if I chose to do a $19 rental for my needed points. I would actually have to book at least one night, which messes with the fact that I have some points available.

It was Mason. I always use them.

We needed a small amount of points in order to stay at HHI for a few nights on the way to WDW in a couple years.

If you need them ASAP, you'll probably have to buy direct. Once you do that, guaranteed a resale will pop up! Good luck!

I would have been just fine, except for the restricted borrowing. I've stayed at Hilton Head a couple of times a year since 1997.

Still plenty of time to work on it. Looked and they've jacked the price an extra $5 overnight. Yesterday was $135. Today when I went into my account they had HH as my opening page with a new price of $140.

You just helped me make a decision. One trip is not worth $140 a point. I'll wait for a resale.

I'll take up to 100 points at a decent resale price. And, I'll offset the cost by dumping one of my own smaller contracts from another resort. It's starting to come together in my mind.
