Direct number for ticket services?

Anyone know a direct number for ticket services? The one number I have been able to find on my searches says it is inactive. I am beyond frustrated this morning. This is my third day trying to call and get my expired Canadian resident tickets converted to something usable. Called the number listed on Disney’s website for tickets right at 7am. Got a cast member at 7:03. She tried to help but couldn’t see my tickets, and said she was resort reservations and would transfer me to ticket services.

Spent the next hour on hold, someone answers, this cast member can see my tickets, I figure I am set. Nope, he says he can’t access them and he needs to transfer me to ticket services (what??? That was where I was supposed to have been transferred already). Says the wait isn’t long. Back to music on hold, which is not telling me the wait is more than 2 hours, so I know I am just back in the same general queue so I hang up.

I sent an email to ticket services asking for someone that can actually help me to call me back but I am not hopeful. So hoping someone has some secret number to actually reach ticket services.

I just called a couple days ago to get our tickets un-expired. I called 407-939-1289. Then I think pressed 4 and 1 to request a callback. They called me back an hour later.
Tickets were upgraded ($270usd for 3 tickets). That call took probably 10 mins total?
Who knows what my cell phone bill will be lol but at least it’s done. Good luck! Granted, they saw our tickets on my acct right away.

OMG thank you so much. That number did get me to ticket services, and there is a 160 minute wait but I did the request call back!

I had our expired tickets reactivated on Thursday. Love that there was a call back option. Had the most amazing cast member! As stated above- when you get your call back- you are out on hold again- but in silence (I thought it was a glitch and was going to hang up). So be aware that you don’t hear the normal Disney music as you hold.

I am surprised to hear the silent hold because I had Disney music while I was on hold. It felt like I was in the parks!

These were 1 adult and 2 kids 5 day tickets (no hopper). We had originally bought using the Canadian Discount, so sadly didn’t get the discounted rate to “un-expire” them.
When do they expire now? End of 2022? I need to call and upgrade ours as well one of these days.

They just say until may 2022 (we have dated tickets starting end of April). So I imagine if we can’t go for whatever reason and we change to like November, would have to pay more if the new dates are more expensive? But yeah we have already reserved our park dates so no sure what the expiry date would show if we didn’t book them yet, sorry!
My ticket and my husband were bought years ago with non expiry so those ones are good until 2099 at least! Haha

I have 2 7 day Adult passes to Disney World that expired, anyone have an idea how much this would cost to convert?

Are they hoppers, base?

To give you an idea, we have Canadian Rate Air Miles 5-day base adult tickets I just reactivated/upgraded and it was $145 US each.

What do you have to provide when you call in for them to look up your tickets? The serial number at the back of the voucher? I got mine from AirMiles

Where they previously on the app? I just gave her my mde acct email and she could see all my tickets on there even though I couldn’t on my end. As soon as they were upgraded I was finally able to see them again on my end. If not on your acct yet I would imagine you will need to give the number on the voucher then, yes.

I tried to do this today and the options seemed a bit different to get to ticket services. Spent 11 minutes on the long distance call before I could request a callback. The cast member who I managed to speak with said it was about a 45 minute wait to speak to someone from ticketing. I got a call back within 6 minutes. It seems YMMV.

Why can't Disney just have a North American 1-800 number?

1 (888) 870-9173 works

Dang it! I wish I knew this before I called. Is this a main Disney line? Could I have gotten through to ticket services? Why isn't this posted on their site like this page https://disneyworld.disney.go.com/en_CA/help/phone/?
It’s a “special events and tickets” line but the CMs who answer can do almost anything - or will transfer you where you need to go. I use it exclusively when I need to call disney for any reason.
