Hi
Where do you think that direct incentives are headed? Would you wait until 2021?
Thanks

I doubt there will be much difference at all.

It's an interesting question, but since the summer, at least at Riviera, they have gotten progressively worse. Pandemic / future travel patterns may have an impact, but that is almost impossible to predict at this point. Looks like DVC has a strategy in place to keep Riviera incentives lower for the near term and try to sell out CCV and possibly try to make some interim money on sold out resorts for folks who don't like the resale restrictions of Riviera.

Doubt it. Ignoring tiny DL tower, there's nothing in the pipe to sell, so they're not in a hurry to sell out RIV.

Now, Aulani is a mess they are saddled with. But they haven't fire saled it yet...

If Direct prices for AUL were closer to resale prices, I would consider buying, I'll confess.
