Direct Debit

I just opened today's mail and saw our annual dues statement ,when it dawned on me that my old debit card expired last month.So my question is this ,is my debit card on file or was it a cancelled check that they have on file? It's been 4 yrs. and i can't remember. TIA.

you can call member accounting and give them your new expiration date if it's the same card number.
I had to call to add my 3 contract to my direct debit, somehow I forgot to do it.

I got a statement last year and then they starting taking direct debit like mid Jan. My account/card info hasn't changed, do I need to call?

It's a cancelled check. They will not take a credit or debit card # for monthly payments.

Thank you Deb,that's the answer i was hoping for. Plus i have my debit card on file to ez-pass,and something else and last month they sent me letters asking for updated info. so i did find it strange that DVC did not. So a canceled check does make sense.
