Direct buses from EP to AK and AK to DHS?

Thinking about trying a multiple park whirlwind day and am unsure about Disney transportation (we won't have a car.) What is the fastest way (not a taxi) that I could get from EP to AK and then from AK to DHS? Do they offer park-to-park buses?

Semi-exceptions:
no buses between MK and Epcot, monorail only
to get from MK to any park, you need to first get to the TTC
in addition to the Epcot/DHS bus, if you want to go to World Showcase, there's a boat
