I think they sound good. Just allow plenty of time for traveling to the restaurants. Also I wouldn't be dead set on your CS picks. Sometimes you ar no where near where you think you want to eat, or you find something better. I have heard that most CS's at HS aren't the greatest. We have a full day there, and I am debating on going somewhere else to eat, or eat a big breakfast before we go.

Chef Mickey DINNER always a fun time

Day#6 = DHS CS maybe? we go to a resort for our DHS CS--nothing at DH appeals to us
1900 Park Fair DInner

Day#7 = PlanetHollywood OOP Lunch never done one in Florida (don't like the ones in Chicago or Vegas)
Wolfe Gang Puck Cafe Dinner haven't done since they first opened but I always read really good reviews

Our comments are in red. I wouldn't "nail down" CS's. You might fight your hungry and on the complete opposite end of the park. The choices you made are good, but if you end up on the ohter end of the park I'm sure you'll find something you like.

I wanted to add ,that some poeple don't care for WCC but we loved it. I had it booked for this year, but then we had a change of plans and the time didn't work, so I had to cancel it. I am still not happy about that, as I really wanted to revisit this place. I loved the food. But it just wouldn't work. I actually have called dining a couple of times to see if I could get a really late ADR, only to hang up, knowing we would be rushed and then too tired the next day. LOL!
We decided to try Cape May for breakfast that day.

We liked Cape May for breakfast a lot (although CP remains our favorite). A lot of character interaction at Cape May--I think you will enjoy. We loved the looks of WCC, but our service and food was terrible in September.

My suggestion for DHS CS is DON'T DO IT!!!! If you must eat there, avoid the ABC Commissary like the plague. We always end up there as a last resort no matter how hard we try to find something else and it never gets better.

Day #1 = Cantina de San Angel or Lotus Blossom Cafe CS Cantina OK, nothing great but would do it again for a CS; never tried Lotus
Whispering Caynon Cafe Dinner Hmmm, sorry tried this last year but really not our thing...loud, intrusive at times & mediocre food.

Day #2 = We need a CS ay DHS any suggestions? The CS at DHS is not terribly good. I'm actually thinking of taking the boat to one of the nearby hotels and doing lunch there this year.
Boma Dinner My DH & I love Boma but the kids (11 & 13), not so much.

Day #3 = Cosmic Rays Starlight Café CS No idea
Le Cellier DinnerThe one must do restaurant every year!! Love Le Cellier.

Day#4 = Flame Tree BBQ CSOK, nothing special.
Ohana DinnerThis place seems to get pretty good reviews but we were not thrilled with it. Food OK, nothing to write home about. We might try it again just to see if it was an off night. We actually think Kona is much better.

Day#5 = Pepper Market CS (MAYBE?)Delicious, lots of choice & typically a good use of a CS credit.
Chef Mickey DINNERAgain, another place we were less than impressed with.

Day#6 = DHS CS maybe? Not much here to get excited about, see my comments in Day 2
1900 Park Fair DInner

Day#7 = PlanetHollywood OOP Lunch OK, lots to see, lots of different choices
Wolfe Gang Puck Cafe Dinner I really like this place too. Lots of choices & some different items not seen at most other places.

At Epcot, Sunshine Season or Tangeriene (sp?) had good CS meals & Le Cellier or Coral Reef were our two favorite TS. MK, AK, DHS did not have much to impress us food wise. But off site, we really enjoyed Kona, Boma & Wolf Gang (both TS & CS) & Raglan Road. Anything you decide though will be fine as you will be at DW!!!

What hotels are closest to HS that have good CS. Maybe we'll take a venture that way too.

our favorite CS is wolf puck express in down town disney if you can squeeze it in you will be pleasantly surprised

Have a great trip

Thanks for all the suggestions! We have been to Disney over 15 times and have never found a CS at HS which is really disheartening. I wish they would put in a decent one because we hate wasting the time going somewwhere else!! I know Boardwalk, yatch and beach club are near HS do they have good CS?

If you don't want to leave HS just for a CS meal, we always fall back on Pizza Planet. It's not bad if you get the salad & pizza combo. The kids enjoy it even though I've never been thrilled with WDW pizza. I'd rather eat there than take a lot of time to venture outside the park for lunch with three boys in tow.
