We just returned from our long trip to WDW and we had the 9 night dining plan. We ended up with 16 snack credits left on our last day. With getting Desert for each lunch & dinner CS & TS, we really didn't need anything else. We also found that the chip bags they offered as single serving snack size would serve about 4 people. Ouch.. Is Disney trying to grow our middles?

We ended up getting Mickey head rice Krispy treats & fruit for our trip back home.

I know we thought the exact same thing! We had 10 snack credits left, and we just brought home the mickey rice krispie bars! While it seemed crazy at the time, it was nice to be able to eat a mickey bar in the days after we returned home and dream that I was still there!

We're planning on using our snack credits for bottled water. I don't anticipate us having any left.

We'll probably have snack credits left over also. Where do you get the Mickey rice krispy bars?

Are there any places that allow you to get something unsual for the snack credits? I have heard of ice cream bars, chips, water and soda and now rice crispy treats but anything else?

How about a muffin somewhere that you could eat for a breakfast? :confused3

Sorry no muffins or bagels were allowed. You can get Fruit & Regular coffee as a snack serving. We also were able to get a single scoop of ice cream as a snack at our food court.

The only place we find the rice crispy treats were at the food courts in the resorts. You also can only use your snack credits at food service places and not in retail stores. For example the candy store on mainstreet (which carries rice Crispy treats), they treat everything as mechandise.

If you happen to go during the Wine & Food Festival, many of the booths have items that can be consider snacks. We thought we would use most of them at the WFF, but we only ate a few things around the world on those days.

Same for us...can't imagine having leftover when buying waters.

We just got back and we had water and groceries delivered by wegoshop.com so we didn't need water. We ended up with 22 snack credits and 5 counter service credits on our last day. We definately could have used them on waters and not used wegoshop but we just didn't know how much food the plan would allow us! We came home with rice crispy treats and trail mix and a few drinks. The housekeeper and the bellman were psyched with the bottled water and food that we left in the fridge!!!! The pan was awesome and I would do it again in a heartbeat!

I have to agree with WDWBetsy - we will also be using our snack credits for water each morning!!

:goodvibes

we used ours for water & ice cream-we ran out early-three teenagers will do that to you. I had the best ice cream cookie sandwich-yum! :bounce:

We had 9 snack credits left the last day...We were getting our water with our meals so we never used them for water. Our dd was in shock everythime we passed a snack cart we were kept asking her if she wanted anything.

That's what we did and we had no snack credits left at the end of our trip. We don't do tap water so, all we had was bottled water. At the CS in the GF they let us use a couple of our CS meals for more bottled water. :)

We used most of our snack credits for cold bottled water when we were there last June. When we were leaving the last day we had 4 left and we used them on a Coke and 3 Mickey bars. We didn't want to leave any unused credits either.
