dinning plan and land/sea vacation

Does anyone know if you can purchase the dinning plan for land portion of the 3 day land 4 day cruise?

Unless they changed the policy, no. You can, however, book your land and cruise packages individually (sometimes for less) and buy the DDP.

I booked my land/sea package separately for that exact reason. I ended up getting the dining plan and adding a night for the same cost as the land/sea package by staying at a value resort instead of the moderate that would have come with the land/sea.
