You need to buy tickets to add dining to a UK booking.

Dining plan is neither a saving nor a convenience for us. You might find it works out cheaper just to pay it as you go.

Buy some disney gift cards and use them for meals. Everything will be paid for ahead of time.

You can't do this from the UK either.
