Dinner schedule on the Fantasy Eastern Caribbean

Can anyone confirm which day of the cruise The Prince and Princess menu is on the Fantasy (Eastern Caribbean)? We looked at the menus and this is the least appealing to us and we would like to schedule our Palo or Remy meal on that evening.

According to the Navigators posted on the DisneyCruiseLineBlog, on the April 23, 2016 Eastern it was Day 5:

Day 5 – April 27, 2016 – St. Thomas (St. John)

don't miss the Royal Court Desert in the first rotation. If you ask nice, they can even bring it for you in the other restaurants.
