Dinner Rotation

When do you find out your dinner rotation?? And also for the formal night (captain's Gala..I believe on Sunday) is the food served still exclusive to the restaurant you are in, or do they have a universal dinner??

You will find out your dining rotation when you receive your KTTW card upon check-in at the port.

For the Captain's Gala, all dining rooms will be serving the same menu.
