Dinner Reservations at Disney World Dec. 2018

We are staying on property at Disney World for the weeks of Dec. 20 to Jan. 3, and I've gotten dinner reservations for all but the last three days. When I went to Disney to start working on breakfasts and finish getting the days of Jan 1-3 reserved, the dates of our stay were blanked out.

Is this because there's no availability anywhere in the entire World? Including resorts? Are other people seeing this too?

I can't even see the month of January, blanked out or no.

Is it a glitch in the site, or is it really filled up for those dates?

I think you hit your 180+10 day limit. When you stay on site, you can book dining reservations starting 180 days from your first stay up to 10 days after. You will have to wait until maybe tomorrow for the 11th day or even possibly 10 more days. You will probably have to do 1 day at a time to get the last 3 days of your trip.
