We're planning a trip Dec. 6-11. I'm really looking forward to my children seeing Fantasmic for the first time. Since we'll be doing the dinner plan for Candlelight Processional and a character meal, I'm leaning against doing the dinner package for Fantasmic (in addition to cost, I don't want to overcommit ). I'd be willing to wait for an hour before the show for seats. Do you think this will be sufficient wait time at this time of year, or would you recommend getting the dinner package?

our last dec trip they didn't have fantasmic but our Jan trip ( about the same business) we didn't need the dinner pac and I personally wouldn't buy it due to the chance of inclement weather ...ie cold night and metal benches do not mix. that way if you have cold one night you can try for another night. ( that's what we did and it worked well) people were still getting fine seats up to maybe 20 mins preshow, even later if they were a small group and the "vip" section was basically empty

We have been 3 times first or second weeks of december and have never done the dinner pkg and have never gotten in line more than 45 minutes before the show.
