Dinner ideas after lunch reception

Hello,

We will be having a lunch reception for our wedding. As for dinner plans the night of, we will probably just plan on having in-room dining at our resort. I am just looking for ideas to make this private dining more romantic...any options/packages that are available? Any extra things that can be done via Disney along with the dinner being provided? We're staying at AKV btw.
