I'm going to fix dinner for a friend on Friday night. He really likes crab legs. How do I fix them, and what side(s) should I serve.

I'm a kitchen nitwit!:p

Normally the legs come prepared for you at the seafood counter. Ask your monger what to do to warm them but really you just have to put them in boiling water for a minute to warm them.

Now that might be something I can actually do.

Also, you can serve them with corn on the cob (pop the shucked ears in the microwave) and mashed potatoes or hush puppies.

Buy them frozen and already cooked. They only take 3 minutes in a pot of boiling water.
Just make sure you buy the crab leg cracker and seafood forks beforehand. I didn't and lucky dh had some new clean pliers handy. :D
Alot of people dip into melted butter. Serve with salad &/or pasta if you are going for a full course. End with dessert.

Ya know the way to a man's heart is through his belly. Are we fixing his favorites for a reason?

No reason really. I just FINALLY have a chance to do something like this for him and I know that he will enjoy it.

She likes to share. lol

Get your minds out of the gutter pervs! :p
