Hello,

We usually just go to WDW with the 4 of us. This year we are going with our friends, a family of 3. Most of the time we will eat counter service, however we will do a few sit down dinners. Mainly Chef Mickeys, a princess breakfast and Hollywood and Vine. I am wondering if anyone has had trouble seating parties of this size at these restaraunts? I know most of tables are 4, so I am wondering if it might be harder for larger parties. Any tips or thoughts???

Thanks!

Erika

We're going in 3 weeks with a party of 7. I had NO trouble whatsoever making the PS arrangements. One thing I did do was book the earliest time I could get. This way, my thinking is that the restaurant won't be that full so we should be together. I think when we go to the Ice Cream Social and Cindy's we're at 2 tables, but from everything I've read, they put the two tables side by side so you are still "with" your party.

On the plus side of that, if you have kids and the family you're going with has kids, the kids can sit at one table and the adults at the other. Just a thought.

But I don't think you'll have any trouble getting one big table.

Have fun!!!!

We had several PS's for our party of 7 (myself, DH, 2 kids, my parents and my MIL); none were a problem. The only time we weren't at one big table was at Rose and Crown, but we were seated at tables right next to each other. We had PS's for all of us there, Whispering Canyon, & 'Ohana. Everywhere else the group had either split up or it was counter service. I would just make sure to call as early as you can.

We have a party of 7 for our August trip and at the LTT, Donalds Breakfastasaurus and Crystal Palace I have been told they cannot accomodate a party of that size and that they need to sit us at separate tables!! They have kept the reservation as one but they cannot guarantee we will be sitting together.......I found that VERY odd but plan to make sure when we check in at the podium, that our tables are together or we will wait until they can be! I do not want to be sitting across the room from my family!!!!!

'Ohanas I had no problem with!
