Dinner at Tusker House or Yak & Yeti ???

ok so im having to redo my adr's on one of my days since we will be in Animal Kingdom and not HS i'm gonna have to cancel Sci-Fi and go with Tusker or Yak ?? Which would u guys go with??

I have not eaten at Yak and Yeti. I LOVE Tusker House though.
I'm sure other people will have other opinions. Just wanted to say we loved TH. In fact we are eating there again this Sept!

Is it buffet?? Im not sure if my boys ages 11 and 9 will like the foods

We had breakfast at Tusker House and loved it!! I would assume the food quality would be just as good at dinner.
I was not impressed by Yak and Yeti when I ate there last trip. Dessert was really good, but the meal itself not so much.
I would recommend checking out the menus for both and see which menu appeals to you more, but I can say the food quality was much better at Tusker House.
I've also had luck planning Boma for dinner on our AK day. AKL is very close to AK and it is fun to check out that resort after spending the day at AK.

Had good dinner meals at both - I'd recommend either.

Would suggest you make your decision on whether you want a buffet or TS.

Agree with pp that Boma is a good consideration for AK day and worth the trip to AKL. The buffet at Boma is a bit more "exotic" than Tusker dinner buffet. If you decide you'd rather a buffet, I'd see if anyone in your party is too picky for Boma.

The food at Tusker House is really good! However, I always feel bad eating meat near all the animals.

We are doing tuskers because it is a buffet. My DS10 is picky and this way there will be something for everyone. He will try things but I find the menus so limited at non buffet resturants

Any chance you got the Tusker lunch at the time whe you get priority seating at the Finding Nemo show?

Edited to say i went and looked it up and it said if we booked from 1-1:40 we would get priority seating so i was able to change time from 12:40 to 1:20..awesome..thanks..i would not have even known that if it wasnt for you I love this board
