I would love to have dinner at one of these places. DH and DD are very picky but it looks like they can find something at either one.

I used to hear a lot of praise for Boma dinner, but it doesn't seem to be mentioned much anymore. Is it still good or did Sanaa still its glory?

We are on the dxdp so price doesn't really matter.

Thanks!

Any pictures of either would be great too:thumbsup2

For picky eaters, Boma is the better choice because of the wide variety to pick from.

Especially since you're using DxDDP, I'd recommend Sanaa. I'm a picky eater too and was surprised how much I liked Sanaa. I really enjoyed the breads and dips that I chose for my appretizer. (Even though it lists it as serving 2, I chose it as mine and DH chose something different.) I think I had a steak which was good and no weird flavors that I was afraid of. Dessert was good too. One of my favorite meals of our last trip.

Oh yeah, I had a smoothie for my drink too. Yummy! I should mention that I was 7 months pregnant at the time and starving, so I really packed it away!

The restaurant was pretty and the view (savannah) was amazing! Very nice experience!

Just an aside that I thought was nice... My kids didn't like the choices on the kid's menu, so we asked if they could have peanutbutter and jelly sandwiches. They had to check, but ended up saying "yes" and bringing them uncrustables. We were just going to go to the store upstairs and buy uncrustables ourselves, but it was nice not having to.

I too have really enjoyed both, but for your picky eaters I would go with Boma. It has the largest number of items on any WDW buffet! We were told this by a CM at Boma. Your DH and DD should be able to find something to eat there!

They're both good, but I think Sanaa is much better than Boma. Sanaa has a much more relaxing feel to it as well.

I have reviews of both places in my DR's if you want to see food photos. See the links in my signature.

We've never eaten at Sanaa, but we love Boma :). My oldest DS is very picky and Boma is one of his favorites......there's plenty of variety for everyone, IMO ;).

Boma is still going strong!!

In fact, it's one of our favorites for both breakfast and dinner. The food is all wonderful, as is the service, and there is a wide variety of choices so picky eaters will love it too. :goodvibes Plus, Boma has zebra domes!!! :woohoo:

However, we also love Sanaa. It is a la carte and Boma is a buffet, so you have to decide which you would like.

I think they are equally as good for what they offer. :thumbsup2

I have not eaten at Boma, but loved Sanaa!!!

We had lunch at Sanaa and it was wonderful! I loved the view of the Savannah and many animals came close enough to see while eating (we had a table by the window). I was worried that we would not find something to eat but we LOVED our food especially the appetizers!
