Dining ?

I was reviewing the menus on another website...and I noticed that alot of the dinner/lunch meals come served (example; meatloaf, potatoes and green beans.)

My question is can you substitute with other veggies or do the meals come as they are advertised.

I have a very picky DS (13)

Before I make my ADR's I want to make sure that he can mix and match when he orders his food.

WOW it sure is getting down to the knitty gritty.............

It really depends on the location. In several locations I have ask that the potato be swapped for the veg of the day for steamed veg and they have always been accommodating.

I'm wondering that myself when we go with our dining package. Seems like all they serve is mashed potatoes with every steak meal at every disney restarant. Would love to have roasted potatoes instead, going to Lecellier our first night

I haven't found a meal yet that serves Broccoli (my favorite) it just seems selections are limited. Especially for the prices that you pay.

We love Le Cellier and you can sub the mashed for fries.

As far as the other restaurants, it really depends. Usually fries can be subbed for chips or onion rings (for a small price).

I've swapped out the corn at CRT's kids meal before for just chips.

For the most part the veggies you'll get are standard fare unless listed - mixed veggies or green beans & carrots, that sort of stuff.
