When making reservations how many people are considered in your party if you have babies? We will need one high chair and will have a baby in a car seat with us. Do each count as one?

Yes. Each person needs to be accounted for so you are given the appropriately sized table.

If you call or can make a note in the reservation system I would make sure to let them know that you'd like a high chair and will have a car seat. It makes life easier for the host/ess.

Car seat? Do you mean a carrier type? Please keep in mind your child is not meant to be in one of those all day long as they do not offer the proper kind of support. Plus they typically get hot. Have you tried wearing your little one?
