dining surcharge over thanksgiving

I assume they charge the surcharge over thanksgiving, but does anyone know what days over the holiday it applies? We arrive on the saturday after and wanted our first meal to be CP brekkie on the sunday morning.

The dates published for the DDP peak price increases do not included Thanksgiving. After the summer peak dates, the next one is 12/21-31. That's the best I know.
