Dining Spreadsheets--anyone???

I had gotten a spreadsheet that would allow you enter in your dining choices and you can see your savings. Somehow it got deleted and I can't find it. Anyone out there have one that they can send me? I would really appreciate it.

I went back about 5 pages and found this. If you go to the last page or 2nd last page, there is a link that brings you to a spreadsheet.
