Dining/show questions

I'm trying to decide when the best time to go to Palos is (assuming I get a reservation!) Are the nightly shows during dinner? If so, we miss a show to go to Palo? They all sound so great - I don't want to miss a thing!

We usually schedule our Palo dinner at the same time as our regular dining time (usually 8:30 p.m. as we always request late dining). That way, you can still see your regular show and enjoy Palo at the same time.
