dining rotation

Does anyone know if you can request a certain dining rotation? Or even a particular waiter? Thanks

Just today, I printed out the copies of the Personal Navigator from the website disneycruiser.info. On the first navigator it states that changes in dining assignment "may be requested today in Sessions, Deck 3, Forward 12pm-3:30pm". You must be able to change if there is availability to do so.
