Dining Reserverations

I'm going to Disneyworld in September and I have the free dining plan
Do you need reserverations to every resturant your going to in the parks...or can you just walk up and they can seat you? I've been trying to make reserverations and they have been all booked...it stinks

If they are all booked, chances are there won't be too many openings for walk-ups. Keep trying to make reservations - something may open up if someone cancels. Otherwise, you can walk-up and take your chances.

September is quite booked due to the free dining promotion.

If you do not make advanced dining reservations (ADR) for table service restaurants, you most likely will not get in.

We were at several restaurants, in June, waiting for our reservation and I heard people walk up and ask if there were any tables available. The answer was always 'no'.

The one and only exception to this was at Yak & Yeti in Animal Kingdom. That was the only retaurant that we were at, in our twelve nights at Disney, that someone walked up, without a reservation, and was able to get a table.

I am fully prepared to wait at our selected restaurants even with ADR’s. As far as getting the ADR’s keep trying, I did and was able adjust our Le Cellier 2 times, was able to pick up an Ohana & Boma breakfast ADR’s at the time I wanted and the one we really wanted Tusker House breakfast ADR @ 8am………Don’t give up things do open up occasionally, GOOD LUCK!!

I would try and get some adr's. You don't want to go there with none in my opinion.

get on line now or call and get a dining cm to help you......you may not get the ones you want at the times you want but be flexible and ask what is available......this is what we did two weeks ago as this was a last minute surprise trip from my dh......good luck and have fun...

We just booked last minute ourselves. If you allow yourself some flexibility, you will be eating just fine. I'm going Labor Day weekend, and we got ADR's at:
Crystal Palace
Les Chefs de France
Coral Reef
Sci Fi
1900 Park Fare

The key is to allow flexibility in your times. We used the online system.
