sorry to ask a trivial question but if my trip starts on June 6th is my first day to make dining reservations March 8 (90 days out)?

no. Yesterday Disney went back to the 180 day mark and 180 + 10 for onsite guests. Your date is 12/08/2009

No. ADRs are now 180 days out staring yesterday. So you have a little over a month!
