Dining Reservations

Is it possible to make dining reservations online? If so, how do I go about it? Also, I can't decide between breakfast at Chef Mickey's or 1900 Park Fare. Any imput? Thanks.

I've never been to 1900 park fare for breakfast but we really enjoyed Chef Mickey's. I know alot complain about the noise and mayhem, but I went as a party of 4 adults (with no kids at the time, and NO tolerance for kids back then) and none of us had an issue with the festivities.
