Dining reservations sign in ?

I can't remember my password to sign in and when I try to retrieve it the response is that my email and info don't match. I've tried to sign in as a new member and am told that I already have a password. How do I fix this!!! My window to book ADR's is quickly approaching. Mods, I apologize if I've posted this on the wrong board. I hope somoeone can help me. Thanks.

I had this issue when I had more than one ID with Disney. One general one and a DVC member id and password. I had to call a number (IT support?) and have them delete all the extra passwords and just pick one to stick with.
