When your dining reservation window opens, can you start making reservations at midnight or do you need to wait until later in the day?

When your dining reservation window opens, can you start making reservations at midnight or do you need to wait until later in the day?

Dining reservations open around 6am EDT, so you'll have to wait until then, though I've seen some reports of people getting in up to 15 minutes early recently

When I woke up 15 minutes early I wasn't even able to see times available for my scheduling days until it was exactly 6 AM. YMMV.
It's also EDT right now if you're in another time zone.

My stay begins August 15th, which is 61 days out from today. But when I go on to make an ADR, it only is letting me book beginning August 13th.

I thought it was 60 days out. It looks like it’s actually 2months out. And we all know months are different length so, I will actually be booking 63 days out????

No, the Disney system is correct. Aug 13th is 60 days from today. August 15th is 62 days out right now, so you may have to wait another day.

I got that it was 60 days… but I was hoping that 60 days out to book, meant 60 days. Just anxious

I hear ya, been trying to make reservations at Disneyland. They have more of a loose 60 day system where only a couple restaurants show availability here and there. It’s terrible compared to wdw if you want to set your plans and forget it

Ok, so I was finally able to make Dining Reservations, for 8/15 as of this morning. I could make them from 8/15-8/19? Weird.
Today is technically 62 days out. My stay is thru 8/22, curious to see how many days out I get to book tomorrow. Just Friday, 8/20 or thru 8/22.

I am just still puzzled on the 62 days not 60.

I remember with 180 days, it was 180 days.

Not sure how you are calculating days, but I just go to Google and say 60 days from today or 60 days before X day. Either way, today matches up with 60 days from Aug 15.

Are you doing a split stay? You'll be able to book the rest at 60 days from check-in on your second hotel, which will probably be Sunday the 20th for August 19th check-in?

Thank you for the reminder of the Spilts Stay, yes we have a spilt stay.
I wish it would realize you are there for the whole week. It kind odd that if you do a spilt stay it limits you. It’s okay, I am not booking anything too demanding for Friday. I used Open Table for some of my weekend reservations.
