Dining Reservation the week after January 1st??

We will be spending the last week of December and the first week of January in an off site villa.
I know that Christmas week will be crazy hard to get dining reservation, but what about the next week?
In mid-week it's Marathon's people coming in!!!

Enough schools are still out that first week of January that crowds will be very high. It won't be Christmas week busy, but it will be very busy. Book what you want as early as possible.
