Sorry if this is on the wrong forum. Today is my 180 day mark to make my dining ressies and I'm hitting a wall. Let me preface this by saying we are brand new DVC members and this is our first trip as members. When I log onto our DVC account and try to make a ressie it takes me to the main dining page but won't accept my login. (Neither my new DVC or my old Disney account) When I try to use my old login it keeps asking me to change my password. But when I enter a new password and confirm it, the "done" tab is greyed out and won't let me update it. I feel like I just keep going round and round. Help!
Do you have your DVC reservation attached to your MDE account? If not, you could do that and try to make reservations on the MDE site. If that doesn't work, don't be surprised. The 180+10 frequently does not work for DVC members/reservations. We frequently have to call member services to get our 180+10 reservations booked.
That was the problem! I was on the phone with member services for awhile this morning fixing some problems with email accounts as well. Everything fixed up perfectly. Thanks so much. I have so much to learn about this part of DVC.
