The question: How do I arrange and pay for one of the Disney dining plans? There are three of us, including 12 year old DD (who doesn't eat a lot). We will be staying from August 3rd through the 7th. Thank you so much. You all are so helpful!
The problem I have had with our ITR on post:
I am not sure how to even ask this question. My husband is coming back for R&R from Iraq the first week in August. I have gone to our ITR office (ticket and sales on our military installation), but for some odd reason I am having a terrible time with ladies who work there. I requested a resort--she was able to book us for the All-Stars Sports Resort. She never mentioned the Magical Express option---I had to go back there again to ask if she could arrange this for us since she did the hotel booking. During that same time period I asked if she could set me up with pricing information on the dining plans and if I could purchased a plan. She acted as if she had no clue and it would be something I would have to arrange. I don't understand, I am on a rather large military installation who sells Disney World tickets all the time and she isn't able to suggest or help me with creating a package? She also cut me short a day on my hopper passes. I wrote down the days we would be staying. When I went back up to the office to pick up the tickets I noticed the dates and requested an additional day. No problem, right? Instead of charging me $9.00 extra dollars for all us, she rings my credit card for $282????? I go round and round with her about how is that and to please show me how she comes to that total for one extra hopper pass day (five total)? She finally comes to the conclusion she thought I wanted an additional ticket for someone else?? What? LOL Ugghhhhh.... Why the communication problem you may ask? She asked me to fill out all of my information on paper, leaving it with her. When complete she'll give me a call that afternoon. She never called that afternoon. I had to call her and then they realized that forgot and begin working on finding a resort. I gave her the benefit of the doubt. I should never have left that office!!
