dining plan ?

I'm sorry if this has posted somewhere and I can't find it....

We are going on a trip soon and hope to eat at Yachtsman and California Grille. According to the lists, you must have two TS coupons in order to use the DP. Is it possible to use one ticket and pay the rest OOP? We are only staying 3 nights, and I am trying to decide if it is worth us to get the dining plan. Any advice?

you can pay for whatever portion that is not covered by the dp

ys is very expensive...my wife had land and sea (steak and lobster) and I think it is normally $55

If there are 2 of you that would be 6 TS credits. You can use 2TS credits for one meal and pay OOP for the less expensive meal at each of the signature restraurants. This way you could choose another place to dine on the 3rd night. At YSH and CG, you can share the app. and desert, or pay OOP for the extras. This is all doeable. When we went in September, we went to Kona's on our last night. There were 7 of us, but we only had 3TS credits left. The server was great and charged the 3 most expensive entrees to the DDP, we shared the 3 app. and shared the deserts, paid OOP for the rest of the bill and even applied the DDE discount to it--btw, also tipped extra since the server was so extremely accommodating.
