When we order our food, do we need to point out that DS is only 2 1/2 and not on the dining plan? Do I need to be concerned about DS being charged a credit when he's not on the plan? DS is small for his age, so I don't think CM's will think he's older than he is. Thanks!

I chose to ask each time we ate at TS restaurants. My DS was just a month shy of 3, so I was worried that they would make assumptions based on his size and verbal ability. Regardless of how you handle it at the beginning of the meal, be sure to check your bill at the end. I had a CM charge us for him at H&V by accident. It got fixed quickly, but if I hadn't checked, we would have been one credit short.

At a buffet or all you care to eat meal, yes, I would point out that he is under 3 and does not have any dining credits. He still gets his own plate and it will be free. At a regular TS or CS meal I think it will be clear that he is sharing your food. If you order him his own meal, you'll need to pay out of pocket for those.
