dining plan w/DVC ressie payment

Hi! I thought I had read that DVC members could now book and pay for the dining plan before arrival, is this true? I know you could always book it ahead of time but had to pay upon arrival but I thought I heard/read that had changed? Thanks!

I heard that earlier this year also and recently asked member services about it. For now you cannot pay for the dining plan before arrival. But "this summer" they are getting a change to their computer system which will allow you to pay in advance.
