Dining Plan vs. QS and Grocery Store Stop

I am going solo and can't decide if I should get the dining plan for $270 and use ME or use QSilver $115 and do a groc store stop/hallmark stop at Crossroads?? I NEED to pick up some combos since we don't have them here in Canada and was going to go with QS but I dunno save that money and just walk up to Gooding's and get the DP instead??? Am I likely to even get any good TS Dec13-19th?

You can have Marge from wegoshop.com pick up as many bags of combos as you want. She will go to any store you choose and buy what you need for a small fee.

Or maybe you can just order the combos from Amazon.com
