Dining plan reservation question

Thanks for any info you can provide. My family is planning to book two reservations this December. For the first reservation which is 10 days at Pop Century, we want to add the dining plan package to our reservation. Then, we want to add a separate 3 night reservation at the Polynesian following our 10 days at Pop. We will not be adding the dining package to this 3 day reservation. So our plan would be as follows:
10 days at Pop Century + dining plan
3 days at Poly - no dining plan.

I know that the dining plan doesn't expire until midnight of the day you check out. However, we will be checking IN to a different hotel on that same day. Will this different reservation impact our ability to continue using the dining plan on that day? I may be overthinking this too much. I was just hoping to have a nice dinner at Kona Cafe on our last day of dining. TIA!! :goodvibes

Your DDP credits will be on your POP room keys. When you check in at Poly, you'll get a new set of room keys. Your credits don't transfer to the new card, so just keep your old room keys and use those to enjoy your dinner at Kona. If you have any snack or CS credits remaining, you could use those at the Poly, too. Have fun!

Also use up a few snack credits on goodies for the the 2nd room...I love getting a bag of bagles and a 2L bottle of soda.

Thanks so much! That's exactly what I want to hear. Great idea about the snack credits too! :thumbsup2
