Dining Plan Question for kids

If my daughter, who's 10, chooses to eat of the kids menu instead of the adults, how does dessert/appetizers work? Does she still get to choose off the adults dessert menu? There will be times when she doesn't want to eat of the adults menu, and I was just wondering how this works. TIA!

We had the same issue w/our DS10. This is what we were allowed to do. At Captian Jacks, there is no kids app's or dessert. He was allowed to order off of the adult menu. At POR's Boatwrights, there is a kids dessert menu, so he got that dessert, but they didn't have any app's, so he was allowed to order off the adult menu. Dinner at CRT and Sci-Fi, they had a kids app and dessert, so he ordered from that.

We did not think to ask, if he could have had an app and/or dessert off of the adult menu, even though he was considered an adult in cost, just choosing a kids meal because nothing on the adult menu appealed to him. He would have rather had onion rings at Sci-Fi that the veggies and dip.
