Dining plan Pepper Market

Does the dining plan still cover the 10% gratuity at the Pepper Market. I am going in 2011 and I want to be prepared.

I just used the DP at PM 2 weeks ago and the service charge was included. However, we did usually leave a couple bucks on the table for the server anyway.

We were not charged the 10% when we ate there in February on the DxDP but DH did leave a tip on the table.
